How much does my delivery cost?

France

Free delivery to a relay point or home delivery (with signature) for purchases over €200.
Under €200:
- Point relais: €4
- Home delivery with signature: €6

During sales periods:
Delivery is exclusively to the home (with or without signature). We do not offer in-store or point relais pick-up during this period. No delivery is offered during the sales period.

Visit French VAT is automatically deducted at the time of payment.

Standard delivery: €15
Prices shown on our website are exclusive of tax for Swiss customers.
French VAT is automatically deducted at the time of payment.
Swiss taxes and any customs duties are payable on receipt of the parcel, directly to the carrier or Swiss customs authorities.


How long does delivery take?

Point relais via Mondial Relay (France only): 3 to 4 working days
Domicile via Colissimo (France): 3 to 4 working days
Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days (depending on customs clearance).


Are exchanges and returns free?

France

Returns are free of charge for all non-discounted orders.
Discounted products can only be returned at the customer's expense.

Switzerland

Returns are at the customer's expense, including customs fees for re-importation.
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
No exchanges are possible for Switzerland. To change size or model, you must make a return and place a new order.

Other countries (excluding France)

Returns are also at the customer's expense, with no possibility of exchange.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund.
Switzerland: same deadlines, but refunds only (return costs deducted).
Holiday season: deadline extended to allow returns in January.

A return label will be sent to you.
The cost of this label as well as any customs re-importation fees will be deducted from your refund once the package has been returned and checked.
