How much does my delivery cost?
In France, we offer free delivery to your door (with signature) for orders over €200.
If the value of the order is less than €200, delivery to a relay point costs €4, and home delivery with signature costs €6.
Express delivery in France the day after your order before 1pm costs 10€.
Within Europe, delivery costs €10.
In the UK, delivery costs €20.
Outside Europe, delivery costs €25.
How long does delivery take?
If you choose to have your parcel delivered via Mondial Relais, it will take between 3 and 4 working days to arrive.
If you choose Colissimo relais home delivery, your parcel will take between 3 and 4 working days to arrive.
Are exchanges and returns free?
For orders in France, whatever your order, returns are free and we will exchange or refund the product(s) that do not suit you*.
