How much does my delivery cost?

  • France :
    • Free home delivery (with signature) from 200€ purchase.
    • Under 200€ :
      • - Point relais: €4
      • - Domicile with signature: €6
    • During sales periods: home delivery only (with or without signature). No in-store pick-up or drop-off is available during this period. No delivery is offered during the sales period.
  • Europe (excluding Switzerland & UK): €10
  • United Kingdom: €20
  • Outside Europe: €35
  • Switzerland :
    • Standard delivery: €15
    • Prices shown on our website are exclusive of tax for Swiss customers.
    • French VAT is automatically deducted upon payment.
    • Swiss taxes and customs duties, if any, must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss customs authorities upon receipt of the parcel.

How long does delivery take?

  • Point relais via Mondial Relay (France only): 3 to 4 working days
  • Domicile via Colissimo (France): 3 to 4 working days
  • Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days. This time may vary slightly depending on customs clearance.

Are exchanges and returns free?

  • France :
    • Returns are free for all non-discounted orders.
    • Discounted products may only be returned at the customer's expense.
    • All returns must be sent exclusively to the following address:

  • Switzerland :
    • Returns are at the customer's expense, including customs fees for re-importation.
    • We will deduct these costs from the refund amount.
    • Exchanges are not possible for orders shipped within Switzerland.
    • To change size or model, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
  • Other countries: Returns are also at the customer's expense, with no possibility of exchange.

How long do I have to make a return?

  • You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund.
  • Switzerland: The same deadlines apply. However, we will only issue refunds, minus the cost of returning the goods.
  • During the festive season, this period is extended to allow you to offer parts and return them if necessary in January.

How do I return?

  • To arrange a return, please contact our customer service department:
  • Switzerland: A return label will be sent to you. The cost of this label as well as any customs re-importation fees will be deducted from your refund once the package has been returned and checked.
