Our "timeless" collection (colors: midnight blue, black, bottle green, petrol and white) is back every season for your pleasure.
However, for other parts, we produce in small quantities to avoid overproduction. So when the stock is sold out, there can be no restocking!
It may happen that certain items are put back in stock following returns. To be notified, enter your email address using the alert button on the product sheet of the item concerned.
Metropolitan France: delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more (€4 to €6 for smaller purchases).
Within Europe, delivery costs €14.
For other countries, your delivery will be charged €30.
If you choose delivery to a Mondial Relay point, your parcel will take between 3 and 4 working days to arrive.
If you choose Colissimo relais home delivery, your parcel will take between 3 and 4 working days to arrive.
To track the delivery of your parcel, please go to "My orders" in your customer area. There you can retrieve your tracking number and all the information relating to your order.
It is possible to pick up your order free of charge in our stores. You will be asked to do this when you confirm the delivery method of your order.

Metropolitan France: free delivery on orders over €200.
Thanks to our partner Alma, you can now pay in two or three instalments.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the items.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment you used to pay for your order.
Yes, returns are free in metropolitan France and Corsica*. Returns from other countries/regions are at your expense.
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase for exchange or refund if it is unsuitable. Return times are extended during the festive season to allow you to make a gift at 17H10 and exchange it in January if necessary.
To generate a prepaid return label :
1. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] or call 01 73 70 95 22, indicating the product you wish to return and your order number.
2. You will receive an email with a Mondial Relay return label.
Choose a standardized parcel or reuse the box in which the products were delivered. Place the products in their original packaging, with their labels uncut and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, undirty).
3. Then print your return label and drop off your parcel at your nearest Mondial Relay point.
* Returns are free of charge for all our products except those benefiting from a discount.
You can return an item purchased online directly to one of our boutiques.
Your item will then be refunded within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of deposit.
It is possible to return an order paid with a gift card. It will be refunded within 14 days.

Payment on our site can be made by:

-3x or 4x payment with our partner Alma
- Try before you buy ( D+15 or D+30 )
Your invoices are available in your My Account / My Orders area. Simply click on the order in question and download your invoice. You can also write to us at [email protected].
If the value of your order exceeds the value of your gift card, you can complete your purchase by another means of payment.
If the value of your order is less than the value of your gift card, you can use it for your next purchase.

For all in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange.
Please bring your receipt with you.

Made-to-measure allows you to choose your cut, fabric, colors and styling details, and we'll take care of the perfect fit.
The lead time is 8 weeks.

On the day of your appointment, choose your fabric, the lining and all the customizations your tailor will make for you.
Once your suit is ready, we call you back for the first fitting to identify any adjustments you need to make to perfect your outfit.
