Can you tell us a little about yourself? 

My name is Anne, I'll be 49 at the end of the year. Today, I'm a company director in the retail sector with my husband, and have been for 10 years. 10 years ago, I was still in the classroom, having been a school teacher for 15 years.

Today, at the dawn of my 50th birthday, I realize that I may have some childhood and girlhood dreams to fulfill. I didn't decide on anything, but it was meeting beautiful people that steered me towards fashion, model making and modeling. And for the past year, I've been trying my hand at it, and it fills me up. I feel great!

What does ambition mean to you?

Ambition is a big word. To be ambitious is to have plans and do everything in your power to make them a reality.

 Is there one person who symbolizes ambition for you?

The figure who speaks most to me today is simply my husband. We met when we were very young. By chance, he entered the world of mass retailing. Very quickly, he wanted to have his own store, and he did everything hecould to make it happen. I supported him and followed him geographically. And today, we have our own store!

Do you believe in the power of clothes?

I think an outfit puts you right on topic. If you're going to a party, you wear a little black dress; if you're going to work, you wear a suit jacket. I don't know about power, but I think there's an outfit for every occasion.
