Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
My name is Marianne, I'm 50 years old. I'm in charge of internal communications for an engineering company. I don't have a team, I tend to work alone and that suits me just fine.
What does ambition mean to you?
For me, ambition is a rather negative word, but I think that as women, we've been able to turn it into something positive. Ambition allows us to see further ahead, to manage a project from A to Z and, above all, to take responsibility for it, with all its pros and cons.
Do you believe in the power of clothes?
Honestly, I didn't really believe in it, but then one day I walked into the 17H10 boutique. I met Sakina, who had me try on some jackets and convinced me to buy a red jacket, even though I usually wear black. Since then, it's the jacket I wear to all my meetings. If I've got a big topic, I put on my red jacket and a T-shirt with a skull and crossbones on it, and I'm good to go!
Which garment gives you self-confidence?
I feel great in a denim t-shirt or V-neck cashmere sweater.
