BÉATRICE, VISUAL ARTIST AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Can you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Béatrice Lissage, I'm 61 years old, and I have two jobs! After a long career in fashion and entrepreneurship, I'm now a visual artist and personal assistant.
What does ambition mean to you?
Ambition is a vast subject. I think it evolves with age, with professional ambitions and desires for success at 20, and later, a desire to be complete, to succeed in one's personal and professional life by fulfilling one's commitments and values.
Can you name someone who has inspired you and/or helped you evolve?
I'll even mention two who are what I call "the heroes of the shadows". They are my great-grandmother, Marie, and her daughter Élise, two remarkable examples of resilience, and my grandfather, Albert, a man of such elegance of life and value that he has always inspired me.
What does the power of clothes mean to you?
Confidence and audacity! When you feel good in your clothes, it gives you a posture that allows you to face the gaze of others, like a protective shield!
