At 17H10, we make upcycling a real philosophy, and every year we have the pleasure of launching a unique upcycled collection.
Why choose an upcycled collection?
Textile waste is a real scourge for the environment. Tons of unused fabric accumulate in fashion industry inventories, representing a considerable waste of resources. This is where upcycling comes in: rather than producing new fabrics, we go in search of existing materials, often forgotten, but of exceptional quality. This allows us to create unique pieces, while limiting our ecological impact.
The treasure hunt: luxury fabrics and dormant stocks
Every year, 17H10 scours the dormant stocks of France's leading fashion houses for sumptuous, often unobtainable fabrics. We hunt for luxury fabrics such as tweed, jersey, mohair and other materials of rare quality. These fabrics, once reserved for haute couture collections, find a second life in our creations, where luxury and ethics meet.
Almost unique pieces, produced in very limited editions
17H10's new Fall 2024 upcycled edition is a collection that is both creative and committed. Each model - whether jackets, blazers or coats - is produced in extremely limited quantities, between 10 and 20 pieces only. They are therefore almost unique, numbered garments, offering precious exclusivity to their wearers. It's an opportunity to add strong, unique pieces to your wardrobe, while participating in a sustainable approach.
