Stéphanie is in charge of hospitality production.

The main challenge facing working women today? "Women have to fight to get men to see them as equals. Yet in her opinion, women manage to have a more empathetic and benevolent side. In her opinion, they are also more patient and benevolent.

Her morphology? "I'm rather tall with a slim bust and a more developed lower body with long legs."

Her choice of suit? The spencer jacket and pegged pants, because they're a change from what she's used to wearing, and show off her legs to best advantage. In black for a simple, effective all-round ensemble.

When and how does she wear the suit? "When I'm working at an event or an important meeting with management or customers. I wear it with a t-shirt or turtleneck to break up the too-strict look."
